Bedrock Edition servers
How to run a Bedrock Edition Minecraft server.
While server JARs for Bedrock Edition do exist (e.g. Pocketmine), we strongly advise against doing so.
Bedrock server JARs are often very outdated (feature-wise) and poorly maintained, neither of which are ideal. We instead recommend running a Java Edition server and allowing Bedrock to join (cross-play) even if all of your players are using Bedrock Edition.
To run a cross-play server, you'll need to install and configure GeyserMC and Floodgate. We have created a YouTube tutorial video to explain how.
If you'd still like to run a Bedrock-only server, then you can find more information at: https://minecraftservers.fandom.com/wiki/Bedrock_Edition_server_software
