Blocked ports
We block certain ports from being used.
The following ports are blocked permanently, as they are commonly used for DDoS attacks. The blocks cannot be removed.
TCP/UDP port 17
TCP/UDP port 19
TCP/UDP port 1900
UDP port 53413
UDP port 11211
The following ports are blocked to prevent abuse, but can be removed on request.
TCP/UDP port 25 Please open a Technical Support Ticket and provide information on how many transactional e-mails and marketing e-mails you expect to send hourly/daily/monthly.
